Green Maeng Da Private Reserve Kratom Powder
This was my first time dealing with Cali Botanicals. It was pretty seamless. After my purchase I had a question and wanted to talk on the phone with someone, and I was able to reach a person right away, which was very nice. The quality of the Kratom I received is very good! I believe I found my new vendor. Thanks guys!

Red Bali Kratom Powder
I experienced a minor delivery delay. I had to call and provide proof of purchase before my purchase would be shipped. I was told they were having trouble finding my receipt. So a little advice to everyone, save your receipts for purchases.Other than that I'm extremely happy with the service and the product. I will purchase again and I would recommend this product.

Everything worked out great. Only issue I have is the new packaging because it used to come vacuum sealed. Other than that the product was ok.

Stole my money. Doesn't answer the phone or return phone or email messages. Will report them to the appropriate authorities. Now doing business with Golden Monk.

Cali Confetti Kratom Multi Mix
I absolutely recommend Cali botanicals. Their products are comparable to the bigger named companies out there, at a more reasonable price. I always get my shipments fast and the customer service is excellent.

Green Bali Kratom Powder
Bali has been of utmost quality, as usual...... Very good quality, and I absolutely love the grind. Not sandy or 'grainy' at all - light and fluffy which is the way I prefer it. Have never been disappointed with the Red Bali from here (or any other strains).
