The quality of your products is exceptional.
It takes too long between the time I place my order to the time my order ships. I use Venmo. My payment clears my bank immediately. It should not take almost a week for me to receive my order,. Especially when I am paying for expedited shipping, I thought it was the post office but after talking to them, I realize it was not! You guys must print my shipping label but then throw my package in a pile or bin somewhere ,bc when I track it, there is no activity for another day or two. SO, EVEN THOUGH IM PAYING FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING IM STILL NOT GETTING MY PACKAGE FOR 4 OR 5 DAYS! I've called to ck on my orders the last 3 times and dealt with this same issue! COULD U PLEASE BE A LITTLE QUICKER AT GETTING MY PACKAGES OUT!
ALSO, COULD U PLEASE PACKAGE MY POWDER BETTER. MY LAST 3 ORDERS HAD POWDER FALLING OUT OF THEM!
