As usual, the package arrived quickly and without issue. But, this time, my usual Maeng Da was very different. It wasn't the same bright green color, more of a dark orange. It made me tired instead of energetic, and it tasted horrible. I think someone must have mixed up my order with someone else's. This is the first time this has happened, and the order after this one was back to normal. Usually CalIBotanicals is awesome, but everybody makes mistakes I guess.

I replied with my Venmo receipt and received no reply. I followed up twice more. In the meantime, my credit card was charged $113. So Venmo says it passed on the money, my credit card says the payment was authorized and here I sit with nothing to show for it but a hard lesson learned.
