I want to start this by saying we all know there’s unlimited places to buy these products...this is my story and WHY THEY DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS ABOVE ALL OTHERS. Well, at first I had a problem with my order not being shipped as it should have been. I blame myself though for that part because I thought the e-check waiting period was still going so I was being patient. When I finally did realize that it went through and still wasn’t being picked up by the post office for delivery, I contacted customer support. I just have to say....THEY ARE AWESOME. They are super helpful and they made everything more than right for the trouble that happened. They supply premium product here(I highly recommend their blends) and if you ever need anything their support team is amazing whether by email or phone(I did both haha). This was my second order from them...me and my friends buy in bulk and share because they offer such amazing prices if you order in larger quantities. They wanted to look for another site while this issue was happening, I said no because I had faith in them that it would all work out. They will forever have my business after what they did to right the issue. Sorry for the novel...just really wanted to share how amazing and helpful(andddd super chill) their team is. While there has been some variation in effectiveness of the product, it is all well within an acceptable threshold and the seller makes clear that they back up everything they sell. I’ve still been waiting for almost 2 months for 2 orders. No correspondence. I feel like I got ripped off. Terrible.

I was blown away by my 1st kilo of red Bali. I reordered along with a white horn and the both appears in the light to be the same, smelled the same, and had the same effect. And it wasn't the quality as the 1st batch. So much so that I sought to return. They were gracious and directed me to send the product back. They received my return over a week ago and have refused to return any email or contact. I expect to be taken care of but I question thier whole process when business is handled this poorly. Can someone please contact me, Justin, anyone? I would greatly appreciate it.
