I ordered $99 worth of product on 4/7/19. As of 4/20, I had not received anything. I sent a follow up email which went unanswered. Frustrated, I texted a message to the number I wired the money to. I received a message back apologizing and saying it would be made right with some extra product thrown in to my order and it would be sent right away. I finally received my order on 4/27 with no extra product, no note, nothing... just a lot of hoops to jump through to get my order sent. This has not been my experience in the past with Cali and I like their product but if this is the way things are going to handled going forward, I will have to find a new supplier. Disappointed. ☹️
