Cali botanicals always has the best customer service and beat product. My last order they went above and beyond my expectations. I am always looking for best product to have for different situations I am in. I asked if there was a possibility to include any samples of any product that would assist me in getting the willpower and energy I need to be productive for my days. They sent me 3 different samples and found that two of them were amazing. I did not want to spend extra money on a product that would not work for me. My order (#35056) was delivered wrong. I ordered 2/5oz sampler packs and It came 1oz short and with strains Im not familiar with. I reached out to Justin who responded a week later and said he would correct this and ship it out the next day. Its been a week and I haven't received nothing. Its pretty disappointing because it shows lack of customer service and I order from CB every month. But, in all fairness, I would also like to mention that after the last couple years I have been ordering from this company it is the first time I have had an incident happen.
