Had a hard time figuring out how to pay for an order. Has anyone ever heard of Paypal or other gateways to make transactions? Website was not helpful at all with the process. Order took quite a while to get here with a few hiccups and upon emailing the company several times with no response a few phone calls cleared up the problem. The Kratom itself and the tincture were actually really good ptoducts. I just think you guys need better customer service I know it's gotta being a smaller business but good customer service goes a long way. Overall I am satisfied.
