The event was ran very well. The speakers were on time and engaging. As for logistics. There was signage, but it was not clear as to the directions it was giving. However, there were plenty of people to help. The lunches were great, but could have used carpet so conversation was not so hard in a loud space. The App was very easy to use, but the survey function had problems at times. The only session that I was very frustrated at was the "gameshow" . The split into teams including virtual, which essentially made teams really uneven made the game part irrelevant. Also, I would recommend having coffee service and some snacks in the afternoon of the last day. The location itself was easy to navigate and very nice, I recommend keeping it at the Gaylord.

This was my first time attending. After speaking to other people that had attended previous conferences, they were disappointed and one person even said that this was the worst one that they had been to.
I have been to other conferences for other platforms such as NetSuite, Adaptive, etc. The AICPA & CIMA was a lot smaller. The topics were hit or miss. Some were helpful and some were not. The app was clunky. The app went down for the CPE process which was unfortunate.
The meeting rooms were too cold.
I may skip next year's conference and try again in 2025.
