You get 2 stars because the slides are useful. 1. The use of ET in the time of your webcasts is unique to AICPA webcasts. Everyone else providing CPE knows there are different time zones and adjusts the calendar uploads. There is a whole big world west of ET, folks. I am tired of missing or coming in halfway through a presentation. I should remember this time zone issue. 2. Poor connectivity. After logging in and listening (poor quality sound even after doing as instructed), my screen went white with the message the presentation was concluded while my colleague was still connected. I had to go find email link again and spent 10 minutes watching the little circle go round and round until we connected. 3. Poor sound quality. Sound quality was poor, kept cutting out, and sometimes non-existent. After no sound for 20 minutes, I just called it quits and closed out. 4. I do hope you rebroadcast this presentation, because there is a lot of good information our preparers need to know to prepare better 990's for our clients. Our nonprofit prepares Form 990 or Form 990-EZ for 84 nonprofits in our area each 990 cycle. We're committed to demonstrating best practices.
