You are correct that this program does not offer a print pdf master, just printable case studies. Due to this feedback, and others on this suggestion, we are adding PDF copies to these programs. The content was fine. The technology delivering the product was extremely poor. I had to contact the AICPA after completing 5 of the courses (out of 7) to get my CPE certificate and allow me to continue to the next course. This was extremely inconvenient for me. After I completed the course, it took almost 7 weeks to get my digital badge (only after I called the AICPA and inquired about it). I expect a better product from the AICPA.

We have been researching the problem you described and have not been able to recreate the issue. We believe the root cause may have been due to something in your environment that was preventing the modules from being marked complete. We’ll continue to monitor this situation to see if other customers are experiencing similar issues.
We are also working on significantly improving the digital badge turnaround time which will greatly reduce the waiting period. Thank you for your feedback to help us improve our products and services.

Informative course that was well presented.
If you are taking this class to obtain the "digital certificate" be warned, it took several emails to the AICPA to finally obtain the certificate - which I did finally receive nearly 3 months after I completed the class. The certificate sits in the "Accomplishments" section of your LinkedIn page, not a very high profile item.

I am a consultant and a Business Process Analyst. I found this course to be an excellent introduction to the discipline of Data Analysis. I enjoyed the alternative strategies I have not yet encountered in the requirements gathering methodology for data analysis. AICPA MyCPE Manager
I purchased CPE Manager to keep track of my Florida and Georgia licenses. Like another reviewer, I found it very buggy. I keep getting locked out - I log into the AICPA store, select the CPE Manager, and it just keeps acting like the app keeps trying to open - again and again and again. Additionally, when I DID get it to open yesterday, it had miscategorized the external CPEs I had loaded. I had categorized several external training according to the certificates as Auditing (Governmental). The app has a button for that. What shows up on the summary, however, is Accounting (Governmental). I double-checked the entries to see if I had checked the wrong button. I had not. It's a software problem. I expect more from AICPA store.
