It's hard to sufficiently emphasize the poor quality of this product (Webcast Pass), service, techology platform, and course delivery. It's all horrible. Everytime I atttempt use some aspect of it, it fails - everything! In courses, there is no one present to fix/address the technology issues (polls that don't register), follow up to "customer service" produces odd assertions like you did not attend our course (am I lyiing? How did I get all those screenshots that indicate I was there?), search tools that are totally meaningless (sort by latest course addition but sorts by type and date don;t work). Attempts to navigate to the product land on screens that say "oops, blah, blah, blah". The course content seems to have been recorded 18-24 months ago - it's old an not very engaging. It goes on and on... I used this several years ago and it was a useful, helpful, and working product. Now, its as if the entire organization has left the offfice and left this thing to run on autopilot. Is anyone there to manage it?
