Good introduction to Informative and timely topics. Suggest including case studies to illustrate uses of technologies to enhance the discussion leaders' effectiveness. Of particular interest to me would be some simple specific examples of how small businesses can benefit from these technologies - what is being done to automate posting of transactions, use of auto-pay for certain types of vendors, etc. and related "issues" that businesses have encountered.
