I think the "focus" that the peer review folks should be making it to ensure a quality product has been issued with proper support. Bullying firms for not perfectly following the risk assessment is ridiculous Most follow PPC, most will do the work needed, most get the financials correct. The risk assessment standards are a check the box matter that does not represent the actual thinking of the audit team, it is done to comply and that is it..
