To me the AICPA has not created or introduced enough literature and seminars that are precise in how to properly
prepare individual, LLC, partnership, and C & S corp tax return. I have not found any content that really drills down all of the deductions that are specifically allowed or disallowed and why. The industry needs a nuts and bolts approach to all facets of this industry. It is one of the fastest growing industries there is and the AICPA is not stepping up and providing the additional resources to properly account for this industry.

I'm sure that it's good "politics" to have some of the vendors on, but most of their comments are a total waste of time.
The last session seemed like the participants were grasping for material to fill up 50 minutes. If that is the case in the future, perhaps consider having Ms. Simpson spend perhaps 10 minutes or so on the calculations for FTE's. That is something that we CPAs are not used to dealing with as opposed to the financial data that we have all dealt with for years.
