The text after the videos was a pain as it only mostly matched the videos. I bax to waste time reading the text that had very little to offer. Also, I am one who learns from reading and not videos so the presentation method does not fit my learning style.

Annual Webcast Pass
this is my last purchase of the webcast pass unless it gets beefed up before renewal. Locating a course is nearly impossible - you cannot sort by dates offered that I could see. And I was unable to see the course date at all unless I clicked on "enroll" so a lot of time was wasted - if the date was visible otherwise, I could not see it. Limited options - only 1 auditing course came up and no accounting courses. Nothing on Compilation/Reviews. Honestly, it seemed like half or more of the course listings disappeared from the old format. Headed now to look for other CPE vendors.

Conference content was excellent. I will 100% attend again. However, I did not like the resort. I believe it was not up to the standards of other locations. And even though I had my badge scanned before EVERY presentation, I had problem getting credit for attendance. This was corrected with remediation, but I wish that process was smoother (and I am very curious why my badge would scan and beep, yet I still was credited with not being there).

The conference was excellent with great speakers and topics. I didn't find the app all that user friendly and could use improvement. Also I had lots of trouble with the CPE evaluation. When clicking on take evaluation, it gave an error message that I didn't meet the alertness checks despite attending the conference in person. It seemed to resolve itself in a day or 2, however I still can't complete the evaluation for the last session EBP2370 - Town Hall. This needs to improve.
