The content was very good and helpful. However, I learned after the first one I attended that submitting questions was pointless. They did not get addressed. There were probably too many of them. But it would have been better if they had just indicated that they would be presenting information only. As having question after question after question ignored - dropped my rating from 5 stars to 4 starts. Manage expectations better. Don't indicate you will be answering questions when you really won't have time to do so.

I still haven't completed all of the courses but so far, I find it informative but somewhat difficult to follow. I am taking notes so that I have a resource for the future; having a PP included with the pack would be quite useful.
