The reason for my 5-star rating is I had this book since 2005 and have been using it as a guide to help me become better management to provide informative directions/instructions to my staffs. I purchased an updated version for my staffs (and me also :)) so they can use it as a guide as well. My staffs are very appreciative and have been using it to their benefits!! I have a wonderful Accounting/Finance Team and I count my blessing everyday. :)

Understanding Business Valuation
There is a lot of material in this course. It is in depth and compared to the AICPA's ABV Examination Review Course (which I also purchased), much more comprehensive. I felt like it is the better of the courses and would be better preparation from the exam than the official "Review Course." NOTE - there are multiple spelling and typos that appear to be from the course update from prior version where the spell/grammar check didn't catch inconsistencies. Minor thing, though --- the material itself is excellent.

The online process of entering CPExpress interface via an apple computer is terrible.
I can not use safari or chrome which is crazy. Even going to Fire Fox does not making the grade. I always clear my browser so please do not think that clears up the problem. Plus when calling your customer service they appear confused.
I also find the classes are dated (old). We are know in June 2020 and many of the classes are not current.
