AICPA CPExpress - State Societies
The new format for CPExpress is not at all user friendly. It is pretty, but impossible to find the type of courses I want. I had to scan through all of the courses to find the tax related courses. When I could find a tax related course there was no indication of what type of tax it covered. The old format for access was much better. I could find exactly what courses were available for each kind of tax. Please find some way to make the listing of courses useful again. They need to be organized by type of tax at a minimum.

Risk Assessment Under SAS No. 145
The topic is difficult. The two presenters did cover the topic properly but I felt that they should have more clearly discussed early in the session what the big changes were vs what we are required to do related to risk assessment. Also, I think that the inherent risk discussion needs to cover concrete examples of instances of significant inherent risk vs. insignificant inherent risk because the determination of the significance of inherent risk will drive the risk assessment outcome and resulting procedures when implemented.
