If I were to separately rate the content from the usability, I would rate usability a 1. A volume that has just under 1150 pages requires an index to make it convenient for users to find information. Typical users are not reading this volume cover to cover like a novel. They are looking for something specific and finding it without an index wastes their valuable time. You did a great disservice to the users of this publication by eliminating the index.

Exam was very tricky. You are not allowed to review all you answers at the end. There are 48 questions, which means you can only get 3 questions wrong to get a 90. If you get 4 wrong, it is an 89.6 and they round down to a 89 which is really mean since the passing is 90.
Course manual that is downloadable was very helpful and clearly written. Course modules easy to navigate. Main issue is with exam
