Overall, the conference was phenomenal. In the future you may want to consider sessions designed for women owned small CPA Firms. There are some areas of focus that add value or are to small firms/solo practitioners. I will definitely attend next year and invite others.

The interactive speakers made the course more enjoyable. Some speakers didn't have participants engage in any exercises and it was hard to keep focus. I really enjoyed the lecture on dealing with an IRS audit.

Great speakers!
Suggestions: It would be great when watching the virtual conference if the polling question gave some kind of audio alert. There were times that I listened to the conference and was away from my computer, and I missed some of the polling questions and didn’t get full CPE credit.
Also, I think all of the presenters should be female since this was a women’s conference. I felt some angst that one of the male speakers was commended as being the best speaker at the conference. I felt like that belittled all the other speakers unjustly because they were all good. I don’t think that comment should’ve been made about him.
