The CPE Express is very difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. There are not many new courses offered each year. This product needs a lot of improvement.

Confusing and difficult to use website. Training is not laid out clearly whatsoever. I do NOT recommend.
The whole site is compromised by trying to be CPA and CIMA. Multiple attempts to do things end in failure.
The so called helpdesk is anything but and they clearly struggle to understand English and the whole concept of training.
Overall - poor and disappointing is the polite version of my opinion

Process was good but there seem be a technical bug that the support team was not responsive to despite the multiple emails and escalations. I would say there is a poor response and attendance to resolving matters which needs to be addressed swiftly. This is of course for post purchase experience.
