i was literally forced to obtain an AICPA / CIMA membership by PwC as part of my contractor engagement with them. After my PwC engagement ended, I let my AICPA membership lapse and have been literally bombarded with mail and emails (sometimes 2 letters a week in addition to several email) to renew. I have since called the AICPA multiple times requesting that they no longer contact me. Most recently, I asked them to remove my contact information from their database. They will not honor my repeated requests to not contact me. They continue to repeatedly and illegally harass me against my wishes. DO NOT JOIN THIS UNREPUTABLE ORGANIZATION!!!
