I ordered some little sugar discs with pics of monsters on them but when I recieved them some were broken, I emailed customer services and was sent replacements the next day :-).

I ordered a number of items in order to make a football themed birthday cake for my grandson. I ordered the items one evening and the following day I received a very friendly phone call from the store advising that one of the items I had requested was no longer in stock but that I could have an alternative item. I agreed to this and the following day a parcel arrived with all the items packed very carefully and of excellent quality. I have therefore recommended the Cake Decorating Store to my family and friends.

I was so pleased to find a comprehensive range of high quality icing and cake decorations to enhance my daughter's birthday cake. I used golden primrose miniature flowers to "write" her name and age next to her homemade cake on a large rectangular cakeboard covered in Renshaw's Chocolate icing; everything except the cake bought from this company. Communication was excellent and frequent and I had complete reassurance and confidence that my order was accepted and on its way to me on time. Will definitely now use this company for all my cake baking needs. Thank you and Well Done!
