Overall service was good, staff polite. I ordered late on Friday 20th December and did not receive my items until the New Year. The reason: any orders placed after the 20th were not being posted until the New Year, unfortunately this was not shown at the point of check out. But saying that once it was shipped it arrived promptly and I am pleased with the goods. Will use again, have a good range of items.

I was looking for a range of decorations and sprinkles for my daughter's fourth birthday party cakes and, not able to find what I wanted in the shops, I had a look online at a number of suppliers. The Cake Decorating Store had easily the best website showcasing a lovely collection, the price was competitive, delivery was speedy and my daughter was overjoyed - I'll be back for the next big bake!
