There is not enough support. My daughter was trying to complete a project that she had been excited to do. When she asked how she was doing multiple times, the person just kept saying have you watched the videos? Have you watched the videos, have you watched the videos. Absolutely no constructive feedback at all. She had watched the videos, she needs specific feedback and support.

Everyone has been very helpful and there is plenty of information which is clearly signposted. It's going to take a bit of getting used to as it's a different way of working, saving, submitting etc.

As a pensioner, the online option is great for me and I am delighted to have a personal tutor to guide me as to what is required.

Exceeded all expectations, especially after filtering through a hive of reviews and forums for online access courses, Access Courses Online has been the most supportive organisation I've encountered. Everything promptly answered, extensive support, and extensive encouragement. Currently in the midst of my Access to Engineering course and loving it! Any time I thought it was hard, any time I was stuck, my tutors and organisation heads knew exactly what to say, and solved my learning queries with ease! Very curated set of individuals! Dont usually write reviews for things but feel the need to give credit here!

Overall a good experience, but seems to have a few miscommunications between tutors.

Much less flexible than the description implies, but otherwise does what it intends to do.

I absolutely loved everything about this course! From being able to complete it in 9 months to the incredible support I had from my tutor and other staff. Dr.rehman always made sure I was on track and helped me gain my qualification, which has helped me go to UCL for business & health.
The course itself is very simple and you gain a lot of experience on autonomy.
Thank you!

I haven't started my courses yet with Cambridge Online Education, but so far, my experience has been really positive. The enrollment process was very straightforward, and any questions I had were answered. The platform looks well organised, and there are plenty of resources available. I'm looking forward to beginning my studies.
