I ordered late on June 10th, so I would have expected my order to go out on maybe June 12th. On June 21st I called to find out what was going on with my order, as it said that it was "Processing" on my account. I called and spoke with Tesha (very nice and helpful), and was told that 1 out of my 2 items was on backorder. I totally understand that that happens, as we have the same issues in my industry. However, it would have been great if I was informed of the situation. If an auditor came in, i would have an answer as to why the product we should have was not in the building.
Better communication would be my only recommendation. People are more than happy if they are kept informed. Thanks!
