I received my order within a week of ordering it. I found some items missing and the person responding was very gracious, sending out the missing items immediately. When I told him the courier they were using, refused to bring the original parcel to our front door due to road construction and I had to drive 25 minutes to pick up the item, he advised I refuse receipt of the missing items. When they were returned to him, he would resend by Canada Post. The driver for the first company hand delivered the parcel so the latter action was not needed. But I certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness.

once the products I wanted were located and requested I went crazy trying to locate any link where I could check the products I had placed into the shopping cart. I finally found a HELP site that told me to look for the VEIW CART link at the top of the page... it was not there either. thank goodness the link within the HELP statement did work or I would have given up.
