I was contacted to let me know that a couple of my items were delayed and the order would be sent out as soon as they arrived. I contacted the company to find out which item because one was something I needed immediately and I would be willing to take the smaller size if it meant getting it sooner. In their response, I was told the item had arrived and would be sent out right away. I contacted them again to say that I found something else I wanted to add, which they did and it all arrived after only a couple of days. I had sent another email asking to send the other size of the first item as well and somehow that was overlooked. When I mentioned it they mailed them to me and didn't charge me anything for the item or shipping. The customer service was second to none. All of my emails were answered promptly and very professionally. I worked in customer service my entire adult life and I think this is the best experience I've ever had with a company. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

I purchased two earthquake survival kits recently. The contents were as described. The Kits came in red backpacks. I am. Sry disappointed that the backpacks stink so strongly of chemicals that we will not be able to use them.
