I bought two boxes of instant ice packs. At the checkout no shipping cost was shown, so I bought them. I was then contacted by customer service stating the cost of shipping, which was almost as much as the ices packs, and the adjusted amount was charged to my credit card without my approval. I contacted them and was told they would credit back part of the cost to make the shipping more reasonable. It was never done and after several attempts to get it done, I gave up. Perhaps others have been impressed with their customer service, I was not.

Good quality products, very reasonable pricing, free shipping with quick delivery adds to the best value retailer. Would use and recommend CSS again for all our first aid supplies

I am very pleased with my purchase. In spite of my order being placed around the Christmas/New Year holiday my order was processed quickly and delivered earlier than promised. Thanks for the excellent service and excellent product.

I built our 24 hour emergency back packs for each of my family members. I was able to find absolutely everything I needed and was able to personalize each backpack with what each individual requires. The prices are excellent and you will not find cheaper(I invested a lot of time shopping around and Canadian Safety Supplies was the lowest price). The quality of products are grade A. I will definitely be purchasing from here again as I work on emergency kits for each vehicle. Definitely recommended to friends and family!

Reasonably priced emergency supplies and fairly quick delivery, despite the postal disputes. I will definitely be ordering other items in the future. Only issue I had was the box was open when it was received at the post office. The tape did not hold the box closed. Thank you very much.

Easy to navigate site. Great pricing. Processed my order immediately and received my products super quick. They have quite an array of products that you would not think of but would need at some point. I would definitely use Canadian Safety Supplies again!
