I really enjoy working with you. As a purchaser for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Southern, Western and Straits, NL Region, I find your service excellent. It is very easy to find the items we require. It is very easy to make an order. The delivery time excesses my expectations all the time. One think I do notice that "Canadian Safety Supplies" is not advertise enough with our department. There are so many employees that do not realize you have everything we need as a Federal Government Department. There are a lot of safety supplies and equipment that does not meet the Federal Government standards. For instance there a 100's of First Aid Kits in the DFO vehicles that does not meet the required level. There are First Aid kits purchased with liquids in them, but you guys don't have that. You know that with the Canadian winters, having liquid in the First Aid kits is not practical. The liquids freeze in the winter and burst all over the kit's contents in the temperatures rise. Keep up the great work.

Ordered stuff it took over a month to deliver when I called appearently the delivery was on a Saturday for a business location and they couldn’t find us so it was delivered back to the warehouse and no one could locate it. After contacting customer service, it was located and resent
