order came promptly and unlike annoying amazon, they did not leave the parcel on the doorstep but instead took it to the delivery center for pickup, which was greatly appreciated in a time of rampant parcel theft.
Product was as described, non expired materials, A+

The primary purchase was for face shields. The sundry items arrived sealed and in good order. The face shields are useless. They were tossed in the box, no plastic covering and the plastic is sub grade you cannot even see through them. A huge disappointment. My brother forwarded yor site to me as I travel by air. I told him my results. I asked my son to order 2 face shields given the limit. Hus arrived before mine were plastic wrapped and full visual clarity. I wonder if mine were rejects, used and tossed or material and handling. Waste of my money regarding the face shields. The safety glasses and resuscitation face shields arrived in the package sealed and ready for use. So you tell me what the deal is with sub standard ...Canadian made face shields!
What I received are garbage.

I was very happy with the way my requests were filled. It turned out that I had to cancel my order as it wasn't need - the order was cancelled immediately and no charges appeared on my credit card. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order.

My experience with your company was excellent! Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the item I had purchased. However, I returned it and was granted a full refund. I spoke with and exchanged several emails with customer service representative—-Tesha. She was polite, efficient and was most helpful in assisting me with my issue. She responded to my emails promptly, which I appreciated. Tesha should be commended for the job she is doing. Your company is fortunate to have her in your employ! For these reasons, in future, should you have a product that I require, I would certainly order from CSS.
Thank-you,
