Book this place immediately! Amazing views, perfect location and the roof top pool will fill up your (Hidden by Airbnb) with sunset pics. The building staff is amazing and super helpful. Definitely will be back.

Unit#403 is absolutely beautiful! Fabulous view of both the mountains and the ocean from the balcony. Super comfortable beds. Probably one of the best decorated units in the entire building. The location couldn't be more convenient. Angels cafe & barra lite just down the block. Starbucks less then a 5min walk. Also blue chairs, blondies and mantamar are also a very short walk aswell. Kash & Sonia both responded rather quickly & timely and check-in aswell as check-out very seamless and easy. The Partition walls are fun and offer visual privacy but not 100% noise privacy. Having a washer&dryer in the unit was so great and convenient. Definitely will pack less next time. The rooftop infinity pool is gorgeous. Would stay here again in the future.

The pictures are exactly what you get. This is a very stylish place centrally located and with the best and friendliest staff. Kash was very responsive and helpful with questions prior to our arrival. We have been to PV many times before but this is by far the best location we were a very short walk to all the restaurants we enjoy close to beaches and the place was immaculate with all the modern amenities anyone can ask for. We stayed for two weeks and felt at home. If you want to feel like a local and imagine what it would be like to live in PV this is the place you need to book. I can’t wait to return and book in the same place. I found my new favorite place to stay in PV. Thank you Kash!

Kash's place is a large 3 floor (plus basement) place that easily accommodates a large group. The kitchen was perfect, and it is walking distance to downtown Ottawa and the other attractions. I'd definitely recommend his place for any stay in the Ottawa area.

The location, the rooftop pool, the views and the new condo were all amazing! Highly recommend. The place is brand new. The staff is very courteous and helpful. You’re located steps away from everything you need. It’s the hot new luxury spot in PV.

This condo in the 105 Sail View building is soooo nice. It’s even a little better than the pictures! It has a lovely plant-filled terrace where you can enjoy the gorgeous ocean sunset every evening. We really appreciated the blackout shades in both rooms. The kitchen was beyond well-appointed— we were missing nothing at all! The room has so much closet space, and there’s a desk which was so helpful as we are both WFH right now during covid. There’s also a big TV and strong WiFi! The bed is insanely comfortable. And there are tons of towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, etc, which can sometimes be an issue. Plus a W&D so you can take the 3 showers a day required by the humid summers here and not worry about running out of towels or clothes. The pool area is stunningly lovely, I laid out there almost every day. The building during my stay seemed pretty empty, which was nice, but I stayed during COVID so your mileage may vary! Just a couple suuuuper minor issues- the elevator was broken 4 out of the 28 days we were there. The first day was a day I had arranged a lot of deliveries (getting the condo stocked) and I had to trudge up and down so many times. And the powerful dryer got too excited and chewed up two pairs of underwear and two face masks. There was a minor miscommunication about the cleaning service, but the concierge Rangel got it cleared up right away. All in all, still five stars, we wish we could stay there forever!

The perfect stay!

Perfect accommodations. Host makes you feel at home. All the boxes checked. Walking distance from everything. Everything else is a cheap uber or taxi drive. Would recommend.

The location and home it’s self is amazing!!! The view from every room is stunning along with the pool and accessibility to the beach! The only issue I had was that I was only given one access card versus the two that were promised. This card then got washed away by a wave at the ocean and I had no luck getting it back sooo I had to walk about 20 minutes to enter the front of the community. The host (Kash) also falsely accused us of damages in the home the were there prior to our stay which was very unprofessional. Other than those minor inconveniences the stay at peninsula was memorable.

Great place, great location, and great amenities. The place was very clean and comfortable. We were a little caught off guard that it was in a predominantly LGBTQ area and all the bars/clubs were LGBTQ Men.

Nice, stylish apartment with modern amenities. The pool is amazing! One of the most beautiful pools in PV. Pier 57 is located in the heart of zona romantica. Walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. The apt has ocean and city views. Can't wait to go back and stay at one of Kash's properties.

Great place, super clean!

We had a good time at this cottage. As other reviewers note, there are many steep stairs (to the upstairs bedroom) as well as going down to the lake. The lake steps are actually rather shaky and likely need some replacing. There were two kayaks but only one paddle, there are also two pedal boats but one has a hole and sinks. Otherwise we had a great time, very quiet lake and convenient spot.

unit 601 is a beautiful space!!! the wrap around patio is perfectly situated to catch the breathtaking sunrises/sunsets I spent several days working from the corner table which has an outlet nearby if you need to plug in. the wifi was intermittent which caused problems when I needed to work so I recommend using a hotspot or working from a local cafe/restaurant (cafe angel or cocos kitchen have strong connections) which isn’t ideal but an option, if needed. this unit offers the perfect amount of natural lighting and you’re up high enough (level 6) that the street noise and local bars/restaurants aren’t obnoxious. compared to my previous stay at pier 57 where I stayed on the 2nd floor, the noise was tolerable and not disruptive at all. lastly, the location and property amenities couldn’t be better! highly recommended this apartment!

This place is amazing. Location is perfect, the rooftop is mind blowing. The unit is very clean, the decor was perfect. The hosts were very helpful throughout our whole stay and even have an optional service where they can stock the place with groceries or other necessities. A lot of places walking distances including nightlife which you can sometimes hear. I just loved it here and will be back

Unit was beautiful. Pier 57 is an outstanding building, really beautiful. You cannot beat the rooftop pool !! Views are amazing. All in all we had a fabulous time
