So many great things to say about Kash's condo! From the design and modern amenities, it felt like we made the best choice for our holiday as soon as we walked in. The location of Pier 57 in the Zona Romantica area of Puerto Vallarta can't be beat. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants/bars, shops, and attractions during our stay. (Be sure to ask the property manager Mary for recommendations upon check-in.) Definitely recommend this spot for your future travels!

Great place to stay. It was near everything you could want/need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful and very spacious. Such a better place than staying at a hotel.

This place was perfect for my family. I have a 1 and 5 year old and it was nice to have all the space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils for cooking. We used the kitchen a lot for making stuff for the kids when not going out to eat. The pool was amazing. Perfect for little ones. There wasn’t a lot of people which we liked bc of covid. The place was clean upon arrival. There was plenty of clean towels and beach towels for us to use. The reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the washer and dryer didn’t work so we couldn’t do laundry. But the biggest reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because we had someone unannounced come into our apartment while we were there. The host walked in and it scared the crap out of me. Apparently is was a mistake and they thought they had given me a heads up that they would be showing the apartment to como me but they never let me know. Luckily I was in the condo when this happened or else who knows who wouldn’t been walking in there with my cash and passports out. After this I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my stuff out when we would leave the condo. They did apologize for the mix up and I appreciate that. Kash was cool about me having my cousin come and start with us on the last two nights. I paid an extra fee to have her which I didn’t mind. Overall it was a great place. Modern, clean and close to everything we did. It was nice sitting outside with the views.

Great building with probably the best roof top pool in town. Location is very convenient to everything you would want to do in town

Kash is responsive and nice. The place lives up to the photos and is very well kept. Although be forewarned - the house is 4 blocks from an injection center and Homeless Mission. There were used needles right near the house outside and a sketchy liquor store about 150 meters away.

This was our 3rd (or 4th?) stay at Kash’s place. It feels like we’ve been going there for longer than we have and each time it feels like we’re coming back home. Kash keeps an easy communication and is available to answer any inquiries or requests in a timely manner. The location is a dream, the place - always clean and gorgeous and time spent there is priceless! Looking forward to returning back some time this winter. Thanks again, Kash!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The location was good, close to several shops and restaurants. Their were ants in the home and the host response time to questions was very slow. Overall great value for the money.

This space is beautiful. The rooftop is clean and relaxing with a fabulous view. The location is hard to beat, too. Easy to get around and tons of great food and drink available in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

I am simply going to be honest about our stay. The location was perfect and the building was beautiful. The buildings employee's were above and beyond accommodating and polite.The hosts assistant Carlos Fragoso not much. He constantly called us on our way to the airport, checking in, boarding our plane even though I said i would get back to him. When we landed and were trying to get our rental car he continued to harass us on the time we would arrive at the unit. He said he was at the unit all day and wanted to go home. He ended up leaving and had his assistant Ruth greet us. Ruth was a wonderful host giving us a thorough tour and explained all the details. She offered her services and gave us her business card. We called her the next day but number was out of service. We asked Carlos to have her contact us but she never did. The units decor wasn't bad but not as nice as the pictures. The comforter in the master was stained and had no duvet cover, guest bed didn't have a comforter just a blanket. All of the pool towels were bleach stained and we had to purchase new ones because we were embarrassed to use them. The code to unlock the front door constantly gave us problems needing assistance and even locking us in a couple of times. The elevator card also kept giving us issues. Theres only one télévision with no cable in the guest room and when the privacy wall is closed encloses the t.v from the rest of the unit. When we voiced our concerns to Carlos especially because my husband wanted to watch the news he rudely responded " you don't need cable or be watching the news because you're on vacation!" He shouldn't tell us what we should do on our vacation! He tell us late in the evening the night before our departure that we need to get out by 11:00am even though we were told we could have a late checkout because our flight wasn't until 7:00pm. I sent him a couple of texts voicing my concerns and he rudely ignored them and never responded. We had issues with the safe the day of our departure and it was the only time we saw him in person. He walked in, didn't say hello or introduce himself to me or my guest and only spoke to my husband about the safe and rudely ignored us and left. Never have I been treated so disrespectful. Although kash and Ruth were polite I would never stay in any of their units if Carlos was our host. A couple of the buildings employee's advised us that many guests complained about the units false advertising and conditions with no improvements made. I felt obligated to be frank in my review so no one else's vacation be ruined. I do hope they make some changes because it is a great location. But on the bright side there is many units available from other hosts and owners. GOOD DAY.

Kash went above and beyond to help accomidate my stay!

I was working remote and Kash’s place provided me with a lot of comfort and stunning views from the city. When I wasn’t working I was at the pool which had amazing views from the ocean and all around. The location is great and I could do everything on foot. I had the most relaxing time while here and I’m definitely staying at 105 sailview again when in Puerto Vallarta.

Bad experience. Stayed two nights and paid a total of $500 USD for it including all fees, cleaning included. Well they told me I could check in at 3pm since they had someone coming out at 12pm. At 12:30 the guy calls me saying I can check in earlier so we go in, and the place wasn’t cleaned! There were hairs in the shower, and in the kitchen floor. The floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped and we had to wash all the dishes as they weren’t clean. This tells you the place wasn’t sanitized! Unbelievable during covid times. I paid a $50USD cleaning and sanitizing fee (a really expensive amount for Mexico) and they probably just sprayed some Lysol out in the air. We felt really uncomfortable during the entire stay, had to go to the grocery store to buy sanitizing wipes to clean the place ourselves. Not something you expect doing when you pay $500 USD for two days. Reached out to the guy who opened for us, then referred us to the property manager, who then referred us to the owner. All I wanted was a refund on the cleaning fee (I believe I was pretty reasonable), and well, the owner after a week never got back with us. I wasn’t even gonna leave a bad review if he had worked with me or even tried to make it right.

Beautiful private lake. Met our needs. Dog friendly and clean. Quick communication from host. Stairs to the water and to the loft quite steep - so keep this in mind for who is staying with you .

We loved our stay at Pier 57. The pool alone is breathtaking. The modern feel and design of the building and the unit was on point. We loved the location as it was close to every where we wanted to be. Seamless communication and check-in. Would definitely return!

Kash’s place was conveniently located and very stylish. A bit of a mixup when we paid for airport transfer through Kash and no one showed up. We had a minor ant issue, but this is common in tropical spaces. There were a few different parties involved, and it didn’t seem they had the same checkout information (time, late checkout availability, etc.) so that made checkout a bit confusing, but Kash worked with us. Overall, a great place to stay, a gorgeous building, and a rooftop pool and area that was STUNNING.

Excellent location in the Zona Romantica, with stunning views and the best infinity pool I’ve ever seen. Perfect stay.

The staff that helped me was quite amazing. Location can’t be beat. Unit was fancy and modern. Can’t complain. We are experiencing unique times, so if you’ve been to PVR you may expect roof top service at condos you are staying at. During my stay it was limited, so just be aware of that. I believe it is opening back up in the coming week though. I’ll be back next time I come in October.
