It was a great location. It's about 10 minutes from El Malecon. The condo is great, with wonderful views. It was very comfortable. The pool area was clean and the pools were great. There are about 4-5 pools. It is right on the ocean as well. Can't wait to come back!

Estuve ahí a finales de junio y el departamento está en excelentes condiciones, limpio, con todas las amenidades necesarias, en un condo muy seguro y con excelente servicio por parte de los que ahí trabajan. Kas y Juan Carlos estuvieron siempre atentos para resolver mis dudas y tuvieron detalles muy buenos como recibirnos con un six pack de cortesía y darnos un tour por el condominio para conocer todos los servicios. Recomiendo totalmente este departamento a quien esté buscando un lugar lujoso, céntrico y cómodo en donde te hagan sentir como en tu propia casa.

Our trip to Puerto Vallarta was made complete by staying at the Grand Venetian. Although there is construction going on outside of the unit, we could only hear it on the front side of the unit. It appears to be an awesome mall that is supposed to open/be complete around December. The unit is beyond wonderful for any couple. We enjoyed each day and night. The condominium amenities are just perfect. Very quiet, and the beach is just steps away.

Host was on top of everything and place was very accommodating. Lots of friendly staff and location/views were great. A lot of construction was going on which was a little annoying. Hot water went out with a leak upstairs, but Kash took care of us accordingly as a great host. Didn't even have to ask....

This was a gorgeous apartment at an amazing location. The view was spectacular and the beaches were great and never crowded. It was also perfect to have the little store and restaurant right there - and was just a short cab or bus ride to the main part of town. Kas was also very easy-going and wonderful to work with. Thank you Lyle for staying at our Grand Venetian Condo. We appreciate your feedback. We are generally very flexible about check-out timings(standard check-out time at most places is noon and your check out time was at 3:00 PM). We allow late check-outs but we had new guests checking-in the same day and we had to get the unit cleaned for new guests who wanted to check-in at 3:30 PM. I sent message a day earlier inquiring your check-out timings and informing you of the cleaning crew being there around noon to clean the unit on the day of checking-out. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We offered a free drop off to the airport to express our gratefulness for staying with us and also a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. We would love to host you and your family/friends again in near future and promise to make up for this inconvenience with a nice bottle of wine or champagne. :-) Sincerely, Kas & Carlos

Kash is a very nice host. The communication was perfect. The apartment is clean and with a nice view. The tube on the balcony is perfect to relax. The kitchen if fully equipped, there were also some beverages and coffee. We felt comfortable at Kash condo and would recommend it. Carlos the property manager was so nice to us, he did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Carlos also invited us in the restaurant where he is working. We felt safe there and would come again.

Lovely cozy studio apartment on a sweet beach. Twelfth floor location meant beautiful views from private balcony. Good directions from host as well as friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Convenience store on location came in handy, as did buses to downtown Puerto Vallarta which stopped in front of condo every 30 minutes or so. Thank you Kas!

Kas was a really welcoming, helpful and nice host. He always replied to messages within a short period of time and gave lots of information about the condo, the area, interesting spots around and the transportation system. The condo was clean and nice, the view is amazing!! It is located 15min (bus ride) outside of the city in a quiet, beautiful spot with a great beach and pool area. Perfect if you prefer a more local and not so much touristy location to relax. We would defintely come back to stay at Kas' condo again! Thank you, Kas!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for over a week and everything was better than advertised. Kas and Carlos were both very responsive and very helpful with any questions. All security and cleaning staff at the Grand Venetian were also very friendly and helpfulThe condo is just as beautiful as the pictures and all appliances worked great. The condo was fully stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies and Kas even left a six pack in the fridge! On our next visit to PV we will be sure to stay here again!

This was a great experience. The apartment has an amazing view and the beach accesible from it is quite nice and small. On the north side swimming is better but is crowdy on weekends, though the south side beach is quiter, waves are a little bit rougher (these were cloudy days). Any of the beaches is great to rest and have a good sunbath! People at the condiminium were very friendly.

We loved Girasol Sur! What a great place! The restaurant was excellent, the front desk was always manned, taxis right outside, bus line right there, convenience store, beautiful swimming beach, secure locked storage in room, a/c..... I could really go on & on. We loved our PV vacay and Girasol Sur was the perfect resting place for us. We visited the amazing zoo, Salulita, Bucerias, Mismoloya, hiked from Boca del tomalton to Las Animas and, of course, spent plenty of time downtown. Too much to state and every evening we were happy to come back to the amazing view of Banderas Bay, our comfy beds and air conditioning :-) Thank you!!

Great! Is the first word that comes to my mind when I think in our recent vacations staying at Kas's Condo at The Grand Venetian. He and his property manager Juan Carlos were very easy to communicate with at every moment. The unit has great location, is very comfortable, nice and clean and well equipped with all the basics. The sunrise and sunset views from there are simply amazing and you will have a lot of fun or relax at the several pools and the beach of the development. Definitely a must to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta!!!
