Communication with Kas was great; he always responded very quickly to any questions I had. Check-in was easy. I stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy with my experience. I found the condo to be exactly as described. I'm heading back next year!

Everything about this condo and the grounds is even better than pictures. There's a total of 5 pools and hot tubs all around the ocean front complex. Never a problem to get chairs or drinks/food or a taxi to centro. The condo itself is equipped with soaps and essentials to get you started. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking or just putting drinks in the fridge. Kas was easy to contact through email as was the property manager who was super nice and checks you in personally. We had no problems during our stay and it was very relaxing. This condo is brand new. Enjoy watching the sunset and cruise ships from the balcony, as well as the sunrise & mountains from the bedroom balcony. We would highly recommend this place for couples who want to relax.

Our stay at the ocean front condo was wonderful. It was perfect for our needs as we wanted a convenient location to relax and the balcony was perfect for that. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the quiet non-touristy attitude of the place. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse i Puerto Vallarta och kan varmt rekommendera detta boendet! Lägenheten är liten men har allt en behöver och utsikten är fantastisk. Bokningen och kommunikationen med Kas fungerade perfekt och vi fick all nödvändig info innan ankomst! // We had a wonderful stay in PV and I can warmly recommend Kas´ apartment. The apartment and kitchen has everything one needs. The view and beach were amazing and the communication with Kas worked really well and we got all the information needed before arrival.

The view is exactly what it says. My husband and I didn't even close the sliding door and fell asleep to the waves. Very quiet place and very relaxing. Transportation was awesome- you can get around without needing a rental because there is a shuttle that will take you into town. Absolutely loved the experience.

This was awesome. It was so easy to get checked in and to enjoy our stay. The view is just as pretty, if not prettier, than the pictures. The staff is friendly, the other guests are warm, and overall, I'd give the experience a 4.9 out of 5. The only thing was the wifi. We couldn't get it to work at all. However, that being said, we didn't go to mexico to sit on the Internet all day. It really wasn't missed all that much. The bus is so easy. 8 pesos to ride into town, the same coming back. Also, you can ride the bus to the airport if you're willing to make a connection. However, plan time if you do that. Taxis are faster and more money, the bus is slower and less money. If you are looking for a downtown place, where you wake up to lots of noise and lots of energy, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a place where you wake up to the sounds of waves and a perfectly relaxing view of the bay, jump on Girasol Sur right now. :) Thank you for letting me stay in your beautiful home. I'll be back again for sure.

Thank you Kimberly for staying at our Condo and for your review. Internet generally works but internet speeds, reliability and coverage are generally not as good in Mexico as back home. I will work with Condo administration and my Property Manager to find ways that we can improve the reliability of the internet connection and even get a second dedicated connection as backup. Thanks again for staying our Condo. You and your family/friends are most welcome to stay there anytime in near future.

We had a wonderful two weeks in Puerto Vallarta. The studio had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view from our balcony was spectacular and the sunrise from our front door was beautiful. We are planning our "2017" vacation and this will definitely be at the top of our list. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The view of downtown was perfect for our stay over the New Year as we watched over a half-hour of fireworks from the balcony. The staff throughout the building were friendly and always helpful. The beaches accessible from the condo were perfect.

We had an awesome stay at Girasol Sur. The complex was layed back and relaxed but also very clean and well maintained the staff exceptional and the restaurant was delicious, hospitable and perfectly situated over the ocean! Not to mention their margaritas the best around. The beach was perfect and the busses the best way to get around. We loved it!!

Loved our stay at Kas's condo! The setting is perfect and all of the other people there were extremely helpful. We would be very happy to stay there again. The only caution we would give, is to be prepared for "spotty" internet serrvice : ) Kas was also very flexible with our check out time to coordinate with our flight.

Unfortunately, I was unable to make it down to Puerta Vallarta due to the hurricane. Kas was very understanding and professional, and gave me a full refund on the price of the room. Based on his refreshing show of good character alone I would recommend him to anybody looking to spend some time in Puerta Vallarta.

El anfitrión contestó mis preguntas muy rápidamente y amablemente. Una vez aceptada la invitación, la persona local contestó de manera clara y rápida todas mis preguntas referentes al lugar. El lugar cuenta con suficiente estacionamiento, las instalaciones generales funcionan correctamente, las personas de recepción nos atendieron muy bien. La habitación tiene una vista preciosa a la bahía de Vallarta y a la playa. Todo estaba muy limpio, había toallas para la alberca y playa, el lugar estaba muy cómodo e incluso pudimos haber cocinado ahí. El restaurante está rico y las bebidas muy buenas... sobre todo la hora feliz de 6pm a 7pm. Se puede ingresar a ambas playas sencillamente. Las playas están hermosas y muy limpias porque no son tan conocidas por el turismo. Hay regaderas para limpiarse la arena y el personal de servicio es muy amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para un fin de semana íntima y disfrutar simplemente del mar y la playa.

This condo was beyond excellent. I came out for a beautiful relaxing vacation, and recieved just that. It was very cozy with a fantastic view! In all of my travels, this is probably the best beach I've ever been to. Everyone at the complex was lovely and helpful, the staff was very friendly. Overall our stay was a breeze, Kas was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this place, and would love to come back myself!

Kas provided all the necessary information to make our stay seamless. The condo has such an amazing view. We loved having our own private beach and pool with swim up bar. We enjoyed playing ping pong and liked the convenience store with umbrellas for rent. This was a great place to get away from it all.
