Cathe LITE Low Impact PHA 2 Workout DVD
Solid strength workout that I definitely felt the next day! I loved alternating between upper and lower body exercises and Cathe was great at providing various options to make each exercise a little easier or more challenging, depending on what was needed. I'm happy the DVD also came with a 10 minute core workout bonus (with several innovative exercises!) so I could get a total body workout.

Very excited to do these DVDs. Cathy is an amazing teacher. I used to teach myself and have got back into step throughout lockdown. These DVDs give me such a lift. I now have quite a collection. 🎉🎉 woo hoo

Cathe Rhythmic Step + Interval Max +Maximum Intensity Workout DVD
I have been throwing in this fantastic workout into my workout mix for 20 years now. I recently misplaced it and had to get another copy. It’s an oldie but still a great workout.

Cathe low impact Cardio SuperSets workout exercise DVD
As I am getting a little older, I am interested in exploring low impact exercises. Let me assure you that this routine does not sacrifice difficulty for lower impact!!! I wish I had a floor that the discs could work on, but I still get a great workout without them.

Cathe Friedrich's Stretch Max workout DVD
My husband and I LOVE this dvd! We have both wanted to do more stretching and this was the PERFECT fix. The 20 min or so routines are the perfect dose. I think if they were longer it might be difficult to be consistent. The music is very relaxing and I truly enjoy the variety between the three routines. What a creative way of using the ball and stretch bands!
