Cathe Friedrich Great Glutes Lower Body Leg and Glutes Workout DVD For Women
All her workouts are wonderful, she is the only one that I work out to. I have doing at home workouts for years. I have about 30-40 of her workouts. This one is no exception, my glutes hurt so bad the next day which means that I got a GREAT work out. BUT..then i do love all her works outs.

Iām really enjoying this series. This set has a pretty heavy emphasis on strength training, although I feel that Metabolic Blast and Body Weight & Bands help lighten things up a bit and provide for a good endurance workout instead of heavy strength.
The cardio workouts Iād categorize more as beginner than intermediate if you do them without the optional āCalorie Crushā segments. You can easily increase the intensity on these, however, by throwing in higher impact moves. The Calorie Crush segments are really nice and challenging.
The stretches are extremely short, but the optional extended stretches are perfect.
Five stars for the music - music either makes or breaks a workout for me. For a while before this set they were using tracks that mimicked popular pop songs, and the weirdness of hearing unfamiliar lyrics and slightly altered music just turned me off. This set does NOT do that, so Iām happy, happy, happy.
Iām only giving this four stars in total because thereās an apparent issue with the Strong Body Stacked Sets Upper DVD. I cannot play the workout except via going through a Premix. This is a known issue customer service has told me about where certain DVD players have problems with just that one DVD. Beings this set has been out a couple years now, Iād have thought they would have scrapped the defective DVDs and reproduced new ones that work correct. Every single other DVD in the set works fine, so itās a mystery to me why Stacked Upper is the exception.

Hi Kelly, thanks for your review. I wanted to let you know that the reason we haven't replaced or re-authored the Upper Body Stacked sets DVD is that this is a player firmware issue, not a DVD authoring issue. Our Upper Body Stacked sets DVD will play fine on about 99% of DVD players without any issues. However, on a few players, you will have the issue you described. The reason for your problem is your DVD player is having a problem with what are known as extended play DVDs (aka; DVDs with a lot of stuff on them). Information on a DVD is stored first nearest the inner ring of DVD and then is stored towards the outer edge of the DVD as more information is added. All DVD players are suppposed to be able to play extended DVDs, but some have firmware issues that cause a problem. Upper Body Stacked sets DVD has about 95 mins of video on it which is more info than any DVD in the LITE series. The only way to make this DVD work on your player would be for us to re-author the Upper Body Stacked sets DVD and either remove some content from the DVD or to reduce the quality of the DVD so that less information is stored on the DVD. Though either of these two options would likely solve your issue, they would dissappoint the 99% of people who have players that don't have this problem. I Hope this explains this issue to you so that you understand why we haven't re-authored this DVD.
