This one has it all - great step choreography, challenging bursts, upper and lower body toning, and awesome music. What's not to love? I have been doing step aerobics since the early '90's. My boyfriend was looking for a way to lose weight and get in shape. Since step is my workout of choice, I offered to get him started with basic step and weight lifting routines. He loved it and the fact that he dropped 40 lbs. along the way. As he got more fit and skilled with the basic routines, I introduced intermediate workouts then advanced routines then Cathe. He described this DVD as the hardest choreography that I have ever introduced him to. And, of course, he thinks Cathe is a "next level" trainer. Judging by his reaction, calling him a Cathelete is the biggest compliment that I ever gave him.

I love these workouts, but they are tough. I've had to modify and/or stop a few times to get my heart rate back down. There are a lot of challenging moves, but they give me motivation to work harder.

I have finally done all the videos.. and I love them all. They may be low impact.. but they are high results!!!! I have only done each video once, and of course, with all the bonuses and add ons, Ive just begun to scratch the surface. I love that there are different ab bonuses, and today I did PHA 2 and the bonus biceps at the end.. whew.. Im gonna feel that tomorrow. My legs are more toned already... another AMAZING Cathe production!!!!!

This is my first Cathe DVD. When I was considering the purchase, I was worried that when I bought it, the routines would be too difficult for me. I wanted to incorporate HIIT into my fitness routine, so I gave it a shot. While I can’t quite keep up with Cathe, it gives me a goal and is not so difficult as to be discouraging. I think it’s a great workout and will try more Cathe DVD’s in the future.

Another excellent video from the Cathe team. While not as vigorous as the X-train Tabatacise for instance, it delivers a great variety of cardio, strength and abs training. I always love the premixes and this one is a winner too.
