4 Day Split DVD Series
I have recently found Cathe dvds and enjoy her strength training workouts. 4DaySplit’s strength training workouts may be ‘old school’, but they are solid. That said, I am not a fan of the complicated step routines. I would love for Cathe to update this series, maybe even as a 6DaySplit, with solid strength training workouts along the style of STS Total Body as well as HIIT workouts, both higher impact (think improving bone density style) and low impact HIIT because we can’t always be jumping!
