Cathe LITE DVD Series + Bonus Pyramid Pump workout DVD
Love the Lite Series!!!! Am a more advanced exerciser but one w an increasing low impact focus. Been a Cathelete for a long time with Xtrain as my core workout regimen, with Afterburn, Slide & Glide, CoreMax as additions. Love Lite, both the variety and the new and complementary exercises it offers; love that you can modify workouts or use different workouts to train more heavily or lightly depending on energy and strength levels. Fantastic addition to the Cathe Collection. Well done!

As always....love Cathe’s Workouts. The Lite series is a perfect low impact for this 54 year old. 😊. That’s not saying it’s lite on the sweat. 😳❤️

another fabulous addition to my Cathe library. Although this series may seem less intense, you have opportunity to increase your weights if you want to make the workout more intense. FABULOUS!!

Cathe LITE DVD Series + Bonus Pyramid Pump workout DVD
I love all of Cathe's series, but this one really raised the bar. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser. There are so many ways to make this fit your fitness level. I love the new exercises and combination of exercises, not to mention there are so many sports' inspired exercises. The set, crew, music and production value are outstanding. The premixes were well thought out and adding in the bonuses really puts this series in a class all it's own. Lite series has massive staying power in anyone's fitness rotations. If done as is, allows exercisers lots of room to grow. If you use heavier weights and choose the extreme premixes, it challenges the most experienced exerciser. For this series, I purchased both the DVDs and downloads and will get use out of both of them. Love having all the premixes on the DVDs, and the downloads are great for travel or when I want to add a quick calorie crush, pyramid pump or core workout to another workout. The Pyramid Pump routines are a great add-on to a current routine, or do do the pump routine on it's own. There are so many ways to use this series, it truly is so versatile. It also has massive variety, with cardio, MMA, weight training, metabolic training, core and stretch routines. It's obvious that a lot of thought, planning, creativity and hard work went into this series. It's an absolute must have

STS Push Pull Tower
The tower is a great addition to my home gym equipment. Multiple uses include bench press, good start point for heavy squats, balance bar work and a place to store your barbell when not in use.

Low Impact Challenge DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
Since I have been practicing step aerobics for over 30 years, I was able to continue moving during the entire work out. There were quite a few times when Cathe's cues were just a second late not allowing for a smooth transition of movement. Also, the musical score is entirely uninspiring. Music can play a large part in motivation and adding energy.
Overall, I do get an excellent aerobic workout using this DVD.

Cathe LITE Low Impact PHA 2 Workout DVD
Excellent! Love PHA from Strong & Sweaty and was expecting this version - with only 2 rounds of each set of exercises to not be as challenging......SO PLEASED that it WAS just as challenging. Just heavy up on the weights. Would LOVE to see more PHA in future series.

STS Push Pull Tower
Great quality and compact. You can use it for lifting weights with the steppers, stretches, and other great workouts videos Cathe offers. I bought this tower about 8 yrs ago and still like new.

Hi Julie, just so you know all of the bonus LITE calorie crushes are high impact options for advanced exercisers. The main LITE workouts are designed for intermediate exercises and are all low impact routines. But calorie crushes are bonus add-ons for those looking to add extra intensity to the LITE workouts.
