Add a new challenge to your fitness regimen with the Cathe Balance Disc
I recently received my balance discs in preparation for Cathe’s upcoming series. I can’t wait to use them and to continue working on strength, conditioning and balance. They came inflated and also with a pump if you need them more inflated. Standing on them felt good and I think it will be a good challenge to use them in the new series. Can’t wait, everything Cathe puts out has never been a disappointment. She’s the best!

Cathe Balance Disc - Black
I have two balance discs and they are amazing! At 59 yoa, I’m working hard to maintain muscle mass and strength through weight lifting and functional exercise; the balance discs enhance my workouts, bringing me good health! I feel great! Love challenging myself using the balance discs! Thanks Cathe 😃

Cathe STS Adjustable Workout Dip & Pull-Up Bars
Versatile, good quality, portable, and the YouTube video for putting it together was thorough and precise. Exactly what I needed! I intend to use it for balance mainly, but knowing I can raise it and use it for other exercises is great! It was less expensive to get this as opposed to any barre equipment I saw on the internet, and more versatile.

Butts & Guts DVD
Cathe's dvd's are the best. So many options in the menu selections to customize her workouts. This dvd alone will rock your body to top shape, but I recommend everything Cathe.
I recommend this for anyone of any level, thank you Cathe.

Cathe STS Adjustable Workout Dip & Pull-Up Bars
After reviewing the video with Jenn on how to easily put the Bars together - and great ways to store them when not in use - I made the plunge and purchased them.
I received them within 1 week of my order and they are of great quality. And yes Jenn, they were very easy to put together following your video - and this comes from someone with two left hands that has a hard time following instructions :).
I love the ease of pulling them apart so I can store them in my closet when not in use. I am very excited to use them to make another improvement in my strength training. Thank you so much Cathe and Team.

Cathe Resistance Band Door Anchor
I was a little skeptical but once I saw the accompanying video, I took a chance and ordered. Great price and worth even more! It works exactly as described. Before using this, I would use the stretch cord with handles by standing on one and once my foot slipped and the handles and cord almost flew in my face. This equipment by Cathe is safe and effective, easy to use and move around. Love!!

Cathe Resistance Tubes With Handles Multipack
The Resistance tubes are of great quality. I really like that I get a variety of resistance and the handles really do their job of making them comfortable to maneuver. I am so happy that I bought them.

Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
The mat is large enough to do most of my exercises on which is wonderful. However for floor exercises or yoga it is not enough cushioning as my knees are sensitive from previous injuries. I usually put my rectangular mat on top of it. I still love it and use it daily for almost every type of exercise I do.
