Cathe Says Training Socks black 8-pack bundle - Step out in Cathe style with fun and functional ''Cathe Says'&
I literally love picking out a different pair each time I work out. The fabric is soft and the font of the sayings is bright and easy to read. So far they stay up. However, I am dropping a star because the heels and toe box really could use reinforcement.

Cathe Friedrich's Premium Large Round Extra Thick 6 ft Non-Slip Yoga Mat
It would be 5 stars if it was NON SLIP!!! I enjoy the thickness but the slip is annoying!!! We don’t wear shoes because it will wear down the material. I have cleaned it to get the residue off and let it dry as suggested by the Cathe.com people advised…still slips. Could be better.

Hi Lindy, our giant Yoga is anti-slip, but you need to clean it a few times after you first unpack the mat to remove residue on the surface. It will also take several weeks for your mat to expand to its full thickness after you unpack it and until this happens this will also affect the traction on the mat. I hope this helps you!

Cathe Lay-Flat Premium Natural Cork Extra Thick Exercise and Yoga Mat
Every time I go to a yoga class, I secretly think to myself that I have the best mat there. It is long enough to incorporate any type of move. It is the perfect thickness to protect joints without causing balance issues. I like how it does not get slippery when wet- a huge plus during hot yoga.

Turbo Barre DVD (from the Low Impact Series)
This video is EXACTLY what I hoped it would be. I typically lift with heavy weights but, after attending a few Barre classes with a friend, I decided to incorporate it into my routine every other week. This video was all of the good, beneficial aspects of the classes without any of the extra, meaningless moves. This has been the perfect complement to heavy weightlifting sessions.

Cathe STS Cardio Studio Barbell 40 lb Weight Set
I love everything from the ease of removing the collar to the colors of the weights. It is nice to have each weight a different color. It makes it quick and easy to switch plates. I like the ample holes for your hands making it more convenient to change and hold the plates. I wish I had gotten the 60 pound set. I will weight (tee hee) for the extra plates to go on sale.
