Cathe is the very best instructor, has the best sets, and the best music but this yoga dvd is too advanced for me. I did look at the description and the video before purchasing but I don't recall specifics regarding level. I thought I'd be able to handle it but its too advanced for me. Perhaps it will get easier the more I try.

Cathe Friedrich Great Glutes Lower Body Leg and Glutes Workout DVD For Women
This is a good DVD for legs and glutes, and it is tough! For example the number of reps on an exercise like the various hip raises, is very large. I am not a big fan of the first segment, which uses traditional weight routines, as I have some knee issues and there are too many squats and lunges in that particular section. But I do like the segments for ball and floor. The chair portion is ok but is too much calf focused IMHO, which is ok if that is what you need. To sum up: I much prefer, on a leg day, to do the ICE To The Mat: Legs and Glutes routine. That is knee-sparing and is still plenty tough, and is a lot more fun.

Slow & Heavy Series 3 Workout Set DVD
Despite this being an older DVD, I love this workout! The slow movements really helped me to make strength gains. I also appreciate that since the movements are slow, I can guarantee my form. I feel stronger and in better shape every time I complete this workout.
