My favorite of all my Cathe workout series ….and I have ALL the Cathe workout series. The creativity of the cardio (which is usually not my favorite thing) is a big plus, and the pyramid pump is FANTASTIC: Not so hard while you’re doing it that you can’t wait to be finished…not so hard that you’re in a puddle of sweat at the end, but the next day…you feel it in all the right ways.

Just hard enough. Some of Cathy’s workouts are too much for this 59 year old and trying to get through them is more discouraging than enjoyable. But this one is juuuuust right, either for older exercisers who aren’t what they used to be…or newer exercises who aren't yet what they’re going to be…..or for just anybody on a day when you’re not at full energy but still want to do a real workout. The crew goes pretty light on the weights, but obviously you can kick it up a notch if you want more of a burn. And the cardio isn’t so hard I have to pause or skip sections.

Doing these workouts have become my new morning routine. They are challenging, I am one month in and still loose my breath! I am an active person who enjoys mountain biking and hiking and I am hoping these are good fill in exercises to keep me in good enough shape to do what I like to do outdoors.
