What a pairing! I honestly cannot choose which video I like better. Both give a dual workout of cardio and strength training. Let me just say that both these videos will challenge you. I consider myself to be in excellent shape, as I'm consistent with a variety of workouts, but I could hardly keep going on the last round of bootcamp moves. Oh, and the biceps section of the Muscle Endurance just doesn't end! These are great if looking for a nice supplement that will still challenge you just as much as traditional weightlifting and traditional cardio.

Wow! I like this series even more than I thought I would. I bought it as a way to ease myself back to morning workouts after over a year of not waking up early. I thought the 30-minute time committment was a perfect way to go back to waking up early in the morning . . . but these videos ended up being so much more than that. They are effective and a perfect rotation to get in all of your workouts- upper body, lower body, cardio, and restoration moves. I like to follow the schedule of a Pump video, HIIT video, Flow video and rotate like that every 3 days.
