Cathe MicroLoad Adjustable Grey Weight Gloves - 2lb Each
The original micro load gloves that were navy blue and sold when STS #1 was first launched were great! I updated and ordered STS #2 and a new pair of micro load gloves. I find these very wide and difficult to use. They make it difficult to close my hand. I cannot use these and safely pick up my dumb bells because they are so large and wide I cannot get a grip by closing my hand.

Cathe Friedrich's Lift Move & Restore functional training DVD workout series
….but why 4 vs 5 stars? I am aging along with Cathe. I have been working out with her for at least 25-30 years, and yes some of her earlier videos are becoming more challenging for me; not because of lack of consistent exercise, more the result of moving through cancer and approaching my 6th decade - I still do them, just with lighter weights and more breaks. I was really excited for this new video bundle. However, I found many of the moves are “over-explained” which results in a fair bit of downtime - too much for me. Perhaps, that was Cathe’s intention - her way of appealing to the older adult exerciser and/or new to fitness I know as I move through these videos going forward I will exercise through her instruction, so it’s not a problem. I do find it a bit frustration when equipment is part of the program, but Cathe does not offer it in her “store". Of course I know I can purchase these products on amazon (ie balance discs) but it would have been helpful to receive an email with LINKS to product recommendations.

High Reps DVD
This is my second copy of this DVD. I wore out the first and was so thankful I could get it before they are no longer available! The workout provides the burn I need as well as variety of exercises.

Great hard workouts when you're short on time

Perfect30 DVD Bundle (3 DVDs)
If you're like me, and you're not at the fitness level to complete a full hour with Cathe on most of her videos (I do a lot of her timesaver premixes), then this set is for you. These well-crafted workouts are DESIGNED to be done in just about half an hour. You'll work hard, sweat, and improve your fitness, but still be done in a short amount of time. They're also a good entry point for working out with Cathe.

Cathe Lay-Flat Premium Natural Cork Extra Thick Exercise and Yoga Mat
I like the feel of it and the thickness of this mat. I have had a Lululemon mat for years. It is a bit wider than this mat. I wish I could combine the two, the feel and thickness of the cork mat with the width of the Lululemon and it would be perfect.
