Slow & Heavy Series 3 Workout Set DVD
Greetings. This is the second Slow & Heavy DVD that I've purchased. Unfortunately, there are places on the DVD where it gets stuck, and when you're doing a slow lift or extension, the LAST thing you want is for the DVD to get stuck. I was hoping to exchange it for another program of similar content. The first one i got a while back also had that issue. Please let me know what my options are, if any. Otherwise, the workout is excellent.

Cardio Hits DVD
This dvd has workouts from very early in Cathe's video work so the costumes look dated, but it is sooooo worth it. The choreography a lot of fun and (at least for me) the evergy level is 100%. The combos seem higher impact than some of the more recent dvds, which may be a factor for some people. That said, I'm looking forward to many hours of enjoyable stepping from these workouts.

Pure Strength Series DVD
I have purchased this set before, twice, and loan it out twice and never got it back from the persons. They both said they loaned it out and forgot who. This Pure Strength Series will shred you fast along with building muscle which cut and melt fat faster along with endurance (hardcore) cardio, i.e spinning or rowing afterwards.
I do have it on VHS, its with my vintage collection with all of Gilad vintage VHSs. For those you do not know, back in the 80's VHS exercise tape were $69.99- $85.00 EACH, they were worth it back then, kept me lean while I was in the military from 70's to 90s, Navy. I still have my same VHS player.
Cathe VHS & DVDs along with Gilad's 80's& 90's exercise routines are the best.

This is a great for conditioning with the user guide .
After one run through you can adjust your weights for greater intensity . I love the ab and extended stretch bonus sections . I am obsessed with all the low impact stuff due to osteoarthritis in my knees but am noticing a huge improvement by strengthening and stretching using this set. I don’t have to sacrifice the aerobic benefit in fear of my knees hurting this is great. I am getting the other impact set as well thank you !!!
