I have been working out with Cathe from the very beginning. In fact, I still have my original Step N’ Motion 1 workout tape. Because I had a two hour daily commute to work, going to the gym was not feasible so I slowly started building my own gym at home. I bought weights, bands, mats, a stability ball and medicine ball, and a step. Most importantly, I started buying Cathe’s workout DVDs and using the monthly rotation. I have been working out with Cathe for over 30 years and will continue to do so for as long as I am able. Thank you Cathe.

Lift, Move and Restore (1120/1st one of that serieies. Bought wt primo fir the second series.) I could hear rattling in the package (in bubble wrap shipping) before even opening. Both disks showed multiple scratches. I played the 1st disk, it and played for as long I was willing to play w/o doing the workout and, as far as I could tell, had no issues, but both disks had multiple scratches on the playing side of each disk. A new disk shouldn't have ANY scratches. A purchase of Cathe's "series" disks are always in a crappy multi-disk case, which ALWAYS (I have 4) ends up breaking at one or both ends of the "clips". In each case, their storage case of the series/multiple disks eventually (my experience, each w/in a year) breaks inside leaving disks scratched and unusable . Given the past 4 "series" I have purchased in their crappy cases, each disk of a purchased "series" should be in individual cases/each disk in one individual case and checked to see if the disks are secured. I now have 2 unused disks with scratches which, given my experience w/ each series purchase all in one case, will eventually not play or skip over minutes. That is not what I paid for whatsoever. I could contact customer service, but they will just say return the entire 8-disk case to them for replacement. I refuse to do so. Time = money and wasting my time going to the post office to return it = time/$$$. Out of the 4 "series" in Cathe's multi-disk cases, each has ended up w/disks completely unusable w/in a year if not immediately due to the multiple disk cases that break. I'm completely disappointed and now waiting for the 2nd Lift Move and Restore series which will undoubtedly come in another crappy multi-disk case and loose disks. Money wasted on overpriced disks.

I always feel satisfied when buying something from Cathe online store, it’s easy to find the products and they let me know about the shipping and delivery.

Love the products, but unfortunately felt that some information of the site was a bit misleading…with the “fine print” not easily visible making for a frustrating experience.

This most recent experience was great. Sometimes, though, when I have made other purchases, it is difficult to figure out and apply discount codes. Thanks.

Excellent - only when I opened the fire walker bands package they were so close to the opening i cut right thru them - so cannot say how nice they were. Just a warning to others - I can't justify buying another set so will use the old ones I had wanted to replace
