Disappointed. Unless I misunderstood. It reads buy two products and get 15% off and use the code provided. Which I did and it did not work. I tried multiple times and finally just gave up.

I have purchased 2 DVD bundles and quite a bit of exercise from her. Have not had a problem with anything. I use my Amazon account to pay and that has worked real good. I am 78 and everything is helpful.

First let me say, I LOVE Cathe. I've been doing her workouts for decades, and it's a rare day when I don't do a video On Demand or Cathe Live. She just keeps getting better. However I often have problems with the website when trying to make a purchase. Recently during her big sale I tried to purchase several downloads ($500+). However because the process is so clumsy, going back and forth clicking on the video, clicking for details, then finally adding to cart, lather rinse repeat, I had accidentally added a couple of videos I already had. But the cart would not let me delete them! Remove didn't work, changing the number from 1 to 0 didn't work, refreshing the page, clearing my cache and cookies - nothing worked. And I did not want to pay for videos I'd already bought, as you might understand. The whole cart process is like something from the 2000s. It's awful. Most recently for the pre-order it was okay-ish, but the link that was sent in the email didn't work, and I had to contact Support. When I did I got a response that had a link for shopcathe.com, which took me to a page that said it was not secure and probably had malicious content. I clicked through anyway and got a very strange login page that clearly wasn't the Cathe store. I do hope there's a change in the purchase process soon. I groan every time I want to buy something here. I'm giving 2 stars, certainly not for Cathe, but for the headache that is the purchase process on this very dated site method.

Hi Rebecca, I'm sorry you're having a problem, but we really haven't had any reported problems like you mentioned. I do see that you're not using the correct URL to go to our website. It looks like you're entering "shopcathe.com" to go to our shopping cart, which is incorrect. You're missing a period after "shop". The correct URL is shop.cathe.com. Let us know if this helps.
