I can see your order has been despatched. 2nd class postage takes 3 - 5 working days. Whilst we don't have the option at the checkout, you can contact us to upgrade to Special Delivery instead. We'll continue to track your order and will contact you on Monday should the 3 - 5 day timeframe elapse.

Dont use .cant be trusted with basic tasks .ie making sure the goods were shipped safely .sending me the tracking number the goods were left on my doorstep and could have been easily stolen .delivered later than contracted to.feel like their shorted the coin market

Hi Janaid. We appreciate your concern regarding delivery and we do everything we can to ensure you get the best experience from us. We apologise for the issue regarding Royal Mail. All our parcels are sent in discreet packaging. We post out using fully insured delivery and pay for a signed for service, however we cannot control the way in which Royal Mail deliver the parcel. We do offer the option to collect and you are more than welcome to come into our showroom.
